From 27th July to 7th August, 5prinG is running an Internet of things (IoT) and telecommunications focussed Hackathon.
This free 2-week virtual session, from the 27th of July – 7th of August, is focussed on bringing IoT & telecommunications supply-side organisations together with West Midlands based challenge-owners to come up with technical solutions to the problem of “Managing and monitoring large groups of socially distancing individuals”. Although the wider programme is focussed on 5G acceleration, this specific session will be based on IoT and telecommunications solutions, and defining pilot areas in collaboration with said challenge owners.
It’s set to be a fantastic opportunity to work closely with large, strategic enterprises across the West Midlands area, and to create business and technical plans with agreed next steps. The event will culminate in a ‘Demo Day’ allowing the groups to pitch their solutions back to senior stakeholders from the demand side organisations.
