We’re pleased to share the news that our work has been shortlisted in the Digital Transformation category of this year’s TheMJ awards 🎉
The programme – in partnership with Birmingham City Council, Coventry City Council, Wolverhampton City Council, Rethink Partners, Alcove, Care City and 4OC – is demonstrating how digital adoption can drive real improvements in adult social care services:
– Helping elderly citizens at risk of falls and isolation live safely in their homes for longer
– Supporting people with mental health challenges to manage their conditions more effectively
– Enabling younger vulnerable adults to live more independently
– Reducing preventable A&E transfers, decreasing pressure on NHS services
We’re delighted that this is now being adopted and scaled across the region and look forward to sharing experiences with other finalists at the awards ceremony in June.
