Tim is Chief Executive of Wolverhampton Council, having previously worked as the local authority’s deputy managing director and strategic director of place.

Tim is an experienced strategic local government director, specialising in place shaping, organisational change management and community regeneration. He has more than 20 years’ experience in local government working in Liverpool, Hillingdon, Doncaster and Walsall. He represents Wolverhampton on a number of external forums including the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) and the Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
