Manufacturing – Your Digital Journey

The future growth of manufacturing – like many sectors – lies in increased digitalisation, which will drive increased efficiencies and support true productivity.

This is why we have developed Manufacturing – Your Digital Journey, a programme designed to help manufacturers understand how digitalisation will enable them to:

  • Keep up with customer demand, and keep customers satisfied
  • Grow revenue and profit in a digital-first future
  • Ensure that they retain a competitive edge

The course has been split into four modules, each exploring a different stage in the journey, aligned to different levels of experience.  Our team will help to guide you to the module most closely aligned to your current position, ensuring that we are building on your existing knowledge and understanding.

Our programmes support both SME and larger-scale manufacturers on their digital-powered journey to greater productivity and is free of charge funded for qualifying SMEs*.

Attendees should undertake four hours of learning for completion of the course.

The unique advantages of 5G in further automating the factory floor and incorporating new services into all kinds of products will make it a must-have in the post-COVID-19 era. Yet deploying these technologies in what looks to be a challenging economic environment will require a different mindset — one that fully takes into account the key role of technology in unlocking value.

Stages Of The Digital Journey

The Digital Journey is a programme of support, split into five stages – from Novice to Disruptor –with each step tailored to manufacturers’ experience and capabilities.

At the beginning stages, manufacturers should book their place at one of our Explore sessions, or get in touch with us to book a free consultation.

To ensure that organisations are receiving the most appropriate level of support, our team will then determine at which step they should join the Digital Journey, based on existing knowledge and experience of digital technology.

This ensures that information provided is relevant and those that are further along in their understanding or practical expertise can jump right into the most relevant levels of activity to support your operations and improve customer experience. Click here to view the digital journey.
